Shipping and Handling Charges

Shipping and Handling Charges of minimum RM8.00 will be applied to Standard Delivery Option to West Malaysia.

Shipping charge of minimum RM15.00 will be applied to Standard Delivery Option to East Malaysia.

 

Order Processing and Shipment Preparation

All orders are processed and shipped via Standard Service and will be dispatched the next business day for standard delivery. (Depending on stock availability and/or order confirmation). Orders are processed and shipped on business days only (Monday through Friday, excluding national / states holidays).

 

Order Delivery

Orders shipped via Standard Service are delivered within 3 - 5 business days (West Malaysia) and 3 -7 business days (East Malaysia) from the order's ship date.

 

Personalized Engraving Products

All Personalized Engraving products will be processed and shipped via Standard Service and will be dispatched within five business days for standard delivery. Orders are processed and shipped on business days only (Monday through Friday, excluding national / states holidays).
